EVRL Laser
Erchonia's most popular handheld — red and violet in a single treatment modality
Overview
About the EVRL Laser
The EVRL is Erchonia's red and violet handheld laser and its most popular handheld device. Combining these two specific wavelengths into one treatment modality produced better clinical results than the dual red device and opened a new range of treatment conditions, stimulating complexes 1, 2 and 4. The violet wavelength also demonstrates anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties.
- Erchonia's most popular handheld device
- Stimulates complexes 1, 2 and 4 of the electron transport chain
- Violet wavelength offers anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties
- 0.95 lb (0.42 kg) rechargeable, aircraft-aluminium body
Typical applications
- Minor chronic neck and shoulder pain of musculoskeletal origin
- Moderate inflammatory Acne Vulgaris and dermatological conditions
- Musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation protocols
- Mobile, multi-room and multi-practitioner clinics

Product description
What the device does
The exceptional versatility of this violet and red laser allows doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists and other medical professionals to target a broader range of conditions with a single, easy-to-use device.
Backed by clinical research and FDA market clearance, EVRL is a trusted and proven treatment approach that lets practitioners deliver results without the side effects associated with traditional treatment options.

Mechanism
How it works
Erchonia uses low-level lasers in the visible light spectrum. The primary mechanism for absorption of visible light photons is the elevation of electrons to higher energy levels — molecular excitement. In that excited state, chemical reactions occur: photons push an electron to a higher energy level where it can be picked up by an electron acceptor. The electron transport chain (ETC) uses those high-energy electrons to convert ADP into ATP, and the ETC is the primary source of ATP production in the body.
FDA indications for use
Clearance K152196
- a.While using the red diode, for adjunctive use in providing temporary relief of minor chronic neck and shoulder pain of musculoskeletal origin.
- b.While using the violet diode, to treat dermatological conditions, and specifically indicated to treat moderate inflammatory Acne Vulgaris.
Device intended for medical professionals. Prescription use (21 CFR 801 Subpart D). Individual results may vary.
